A little Gem of a B&B – October 2023 review on Tripadvisor
On arrival Chris made us feel very welcome and provided us with a complimentary cream tea. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable. The food was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, Chris went out of his way to accommodate our needs. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here. We will look forward to returning in the very near future.

VERY WELL-LOCATED DB&B RUN BY A GENTLEMAN CLEARLY PROUD OF HIS 13 YEAR BUSINESS IN BUDE
We could not help but be very impressed by Chris Pitches who runs this very well-located DB&B almost entirely solo, preparing a variety of very well presented breakfasts and dinners each day for 4 guests during the 6 nights we stayed in his home.

A very good B&B. Chris is a good host who does a great job by himself with keeping everything clean & tidy and cooking great breakfast & evening meals. There is a good varied choice of food for both meals. We stayed in the gold room & the views of the coast were excellent. Thanks Chris

Best in Cornwall
Another fantastic stay.Chris, with 3 visits last year and a 2nd visit already booked for this year, you really do make us feel welcome.
Your breakfasts must be the best in Cornwall and everywhere is spotlessly clean.

Good base for touring
Thoroughly enjoyed our break. First time in Bude, found it very interesting and a good base for touring. Chris made our stay most enjoyable and food was excellent. Great hospitality. We will be back.
