Bude 2015 xmas day swim

If you can’t be here to see 4 or 5 hundred people of all ages swim (without wet suits!) on Christmas Day at 11 am., check out the crowds enjoying the event at the live webcam from the Pot and Barrel B&B which broadcasts 24/7

This is probably the busiest day of the year here and is organised by the Bude Surf Life Saving Club

The annual Christmas Day swim takes place in the memory of former life member Mike Moyle.

Hundreds of bathers enter the chilly seas to raise funds for the Bude’s Surf Life Saving Club.

Wetsuits are not allowed so only the brave and hardy take part in this fantastic fundraiser.
