Return visit…We thought our stay with Chris was so good January last year that this year we invited another couple to come down with us. We all had a great week thanks to Chris’s hospitality, the great choice of food and some glorious weather all week.
I’m sure it is not the last time we will stay at this fantastic little spot.

Saw “The Pot & Barrel” advertised in the Mail, last year.
Looked very good, but as always, prior to me booking holidays, I checked it out on “TripAdvisor”.
The reviews were excellent, so much so, that I decided to book a 6 night break for myself and my wife.
We certainly made a good choice, as our stay was perfect in every way.
Lovely homely atmosphere, and Chris was an excellent host, very attentive, and the breakfasts and five course evening meals he cooked for us in the evening, were superb.
Can highly recommend, so if you want a lovely relaxing break, go and book it !

Never A Doubt That This Visit Would Be Anything Other Than Those We Have Before At The Pot And Barrel,Excellent
As always we were both welcomed too the Pot And Barrel by Jacqui and Chris where again as always everything is just as you would expect from this adult B&B where your comfort ,food and wellbeing is very much the object of this type of establishment.

6-day May Break at the Pot and Barrel, Bude
Just spent 6 days in this wonderful home-from-home. Chris looked after us fantastically well. Accommodation is first class and we were extremely well fed! Beautiful setting with superb views. Ideal situation for walks from the house. Private parking was a bonus.

Fantastic B&B
Just had a 6 day stay at this wonderful B&B for a second time. We were in the Gold Room with fantastic views of the coast and sea from our bedroom and we managed to use the balcony this time.
Chris is a wonderful host, provides fantastic meals with lots of choice for breakfast and the 5 course evening meals and is a fountain of knowledge about Bude and the surrounding areas. Very comfortable bed with good onsuite facilities and there are many places to sit downstairs inside and outside. You even get a cream tea on arrival.
Ideal location for visiting Bude, sand and sea or walking on the many coastal and inland footpaths.

A lovely relaxing B&B

What a lovely relaxing B&B. Thanks Chris for all your little attention to details, it makes a really enjoyable stay. With the sun out and the sea out, Bude is a really beautiful place.

Breakfasts superb
